Tasty Bite® Quality Management System (TBQMS) is an all-encompassing, quality management system, implemented to ensure best quality products reach our customers. All quality and food safety standards, such as BRC, SQF, FSSS 22K, ISO 22K, USFDA, FSSAI, etc., are integrated into the system.
TBQMS is our way of ensuring that processes, from sourcing ingredients to dispatching finished products, are kept safe and hygienic. The knowledge & database repository is maintained digitally providing data security, easy access & centralized communication.
TBQMS also acts as the focal platform for all certifications and customer audits.
Our QA lab is equipped with high-quality standardized equipment to analyze raw materials, packing materials, and finished products. Each raw and packing material is analyzed as per specified parameters to ensure food safety and quality throughout the shelf life of the product.
We have a team of highly qualified subject matter specialists at the QA lab. They assure quality and food safety of products manufactured at our plant across all the lines. QA team’s scope of quality assurance ranges from the sourcing of ingredients to packaging materials, online controls to dispatch of finished products as per specified parameters. The QA process involves analysis, monitoring, verification, validation, record keeping, and internal auditing as per TBQMS.
SUPPLIER QUALITY ASSURANCE (SQA)
Supplier Quality Assurance is responsible for ensuring a consistent supply of all raw materials required. We have a dedicated SQA (Supplier Quality Assurance) team which develops suppliers, conducts audits and trains them to meet our specified materials requirements by ensuring quality and food safety.
The risk-based approach is adopted for conducting supplier audits and accordingly, suppliers are divided into 4 categories:
